Bad Points
Had some problems with the laptop. Dells helpline is terrible. When you have a pc problem last thing you need to do is explain everything 10 times because dells helpline is based abroad as far as I am aware.

General Comments
Powerful, good looking laptop. Worth the money until you hit a problem and you need to phone the helpline.

Dell laptops and pc's are good. but if you have a problem beleive me you will get nowhere.

Listen up dell, uk sold pc then you have to give us a uk natural english speaking helpline.
