I have been really impressed with Pet Planet and have placed several orders with them. They have an excellent variety of items (I have shopped for cat and dog products) at good prices though they also stock the higher end ranges.

I had a small problem with an item I bought and mentioned it in a review of the product on the site. Although I hadn't contacted the customer care team directly they still replied to me and were extremely helpful especially considering how minor the problem was and that I had not requested help.



I would recommend them due to the great choice, prices and excellent customer care should it be needed.
