I have used vacations to go for 6 years and highly recommend them. I was surprised at the other reviews but then people usually are more motivated when they have had a poor experience. We have used them at least 15 times and never once had a problem. I can't speak about all the people who work there but I know if you ask for Ferris at ext. 7020 you will not be disappointed.
