I tried to sign up with Onesuite with $10. I filled all the forms, entered my credit card number, and clicked submit.
Instead of a confirmation page, I was returned to the form page with a notice that they had refused my credit card.
I immediately called my cc company to see why I was being refused. They told me they hadn't refused anybody but that a company called Onesuite had just charged me ten dollars.
I thanked them and went to Onesuite and filled out a support form. I was promised a reply within 24-48 hours. It's been past 48 hours and I haven't heard a word from them.
So now I have no account, no support, and am out ten dollars. I will have to challenge the charge in my next billing cycle which is a PITA.
For people who this service works, great. But for those who it doesn't...beware!
