Bad Points
Did not answer any of the emails I sent them about my problems until I returned off of vacation. Then they did not offer to reimburse me for items they said were included in my package that I had to pay for or did note received.

General Comments


The Ritz-Carlton package we brought was based on the information on your website. That same information on the Vacations to Go is still there today. It is untrue, there has never been 5 Restaurants included in their All-Inclusive package, or as they call it Escape to Luxury Package. The Jasmine restaurant was close in December of last year. The White Witch Steakhouse was never included according to the hotel management. The White Witch was by far the finest restaurant of the ones you had listed, check out the menu on their website and compare it to the other two restaurants. The Reggae Jerk Center is only open some days for lunch only. What you had was Mangos open for lunch and dinner, Horizons open for breakfast and dinner. Neither of these two restaurants would rate more than two stars. They had several items on their menus that were excluded, but you could buy them at a 20% discount the same was true on the bar menu.
