Good Points
Extremely helpful staff, easy to contact using the Freephone Number and they actually phone you back!
I was in a chicken and egg situation, I didn't want the cruise if I couldn't get the flights and vice versa. They were great, they held the cabin for me till I could confirm my flights.

Bad Points
I'm not sure they are the cheapest for cruises in Europe.

General Comments
I always read their Newsletter and review their offers. If only I lived in the United States!
