Ordered a table planning kit at the end of march. It still has not arrived. I had spoken to Customer Services last week who then told me that it was out of stock. They managed to locate one at one of their shops and get it sent to the depot to be posted out to myself.
Received an email today saying that it had been despatched - GREAT - to the wrong address. (I have moved since the order was originally placed). I was originally told that the item would be sent to the original delivery address (my parents place) but some incompetent sent it to my old address - which has no-one living in it.
I have now had to contact parcel force to hopefully get them to deliver the item to the correct address. I did not appreciate being told by Confetti that because they sent it to the wrong address, I would have to go to the post office with a letter that had my old address on it to collect the item.
Customer Services are helpful to a degree, but have a bit of an attitude! As for their prices, look on ebay - much more cheaper!
Would not use this company again!!
