Really disappointed with my first (and most likely last!) order with Confetti.co.uk - I placed an order with them on Tuesday, paid £9.99 for next day delivery (which I felt was pretty hefty considering it was such a large order!) and it got to Friday and it still hadn't arrived! When I phoned them, apparently, because one item on the order wasn't in stock, they decided to hold back on the whole of my order and not ship it till that had arrived in stock with them! However - this wasn't explained clearly on the website and noone contacted me to tell me that! Can't understand why they didn't part ship the order consdering I ordered about 30 items and only one thing wasn't in stock! Also don't understand why they even offered me the option for next day delivery if their policy is not to ship orders until everything is in stock?
Such a shame as this could be a really good site but they really need to sort out their customer service and delivery information - I only used them as I thought Confetti was a name I could trust but clearly not!
