Good Points
Good website and looks good before you buy.

Bad Points
Product not suitable and could not get a refund as personalised. This was followed by rude and poor customer service and an inability to respond to e-mails and follow their own stated customer service policies.

General Comments
Very poor customer service from confetti.co.uk. The product was not what we wanted (personalised confetti in wrong colour as the web picture did not match what we wanted)
