Good Points
Good size fridge
Movable shelves
Quiet in operation (although makes strange noises)

Bad Points
After sales support - multiple visits required to fix problems, no evening or weekend repairs, left without operative fridge for over a week. Expect customers to take time off work to suit their engineers' schedules.

General Comments
The Hotpoint RLA84 fridge looks good; the salad boxes are a bit flimsy, but aftercare really lets the side down. I would never buy Hotpoint / Indesit again.
