I have been waiting 24 days, for a parcel to the United States. The tracking still says parcel being prepared. It has been in Holland for the past 3 weeks no excuses. I contacted the customer service, and was told only the sender could file a investigation. (BS answer) Meanwhile a $500 package is lost some where in the TNT Post.

And a 3 day strike is probably the blame for it all. Thanks for nothing. And I paid over $70 for shipping.
