This is my second purchase from this company. To me, the customer and a bit of a computer numpty, they are polite, honest and professional. I had a problem with my previous computer at the end of its warranty period...this was resolved in exactly the same way had I been buying a new machine...a real pleasure to deal with them.

As for cons....um...I expect there is at least one but....
