“Ordered flowers 21st December for next day delivery....”

Ordered flowers 21st December for next day delivery. Delivery never took place. Arena did not make any contact with me to tell me or explain why. I had to ring them when I returned from work and was dealt with appallingly by someone with a 'couldn't care less' attitude. On the day the majority of the UK were experiencing bad weather conditions and Arena told me the courier company they use could not make any deliveries. I called the Couriers myself and they were wonderful, very apologetic and understanding of my predicament. They told me the consignment from Arena didnt arrive in time to send out same day! The flowers were a day late and hadnt had water so lasted only 4 days, very disappointing. Overall the way Arena dealt with the situaiton is what has made me choose not to use them again or indeed recommend them to anyone.
