I ordered two kitchen in October 2010 and paid a deposit of £8,400 after having the planner with me for 6 hours. Next came the surveyor who then spent 4 hours with me promising that both kitchens would be fitted before Christmas. Both kitchens are at the same address
The fitter arrived on his own three weeks before Christmas, he was supposed to be able to lift 4 metre lengths of 900 work tops on his own. There were boxes everywhere. We were left with no cooking or washing facilities for two weeks (this was four adults and two children aged 7 and 3) Within the first week I was constantly on the telephone to Moben who were very unhelpful. After the first week enough was enough I told the fitter to leave as he was unwell from day one and was constantly on the telephone and kept informing us that his brother was going to help him, this never happened. My next course of action was to telephone my local newspaper who contacted Moben- all systems go, my daughters kitchen was usable for Christmas but not completed.
Today is 02.02.2011, my kitchen is still not completed. This company has taken £24,000 from me and not delivered the service I have paid for.
I suggest you totally ignore the advert on the television, the units are not specially made they are bog standard carcasses which you could buy from any local DIY centre.
Would I recommend this company, I think not. Is my kitchen ever going to be completed, I have now answer all I know is that they will not remove the kitchen and give me my money back
