Nothing but a headache. We bought the programm over 6 years ago, we have never been able to use it. The time and moneys spent TRYING to use it and setting it up , hours of entering info into the programm was all wasted.The manual is not helpful as it only tells you what to do but not how to do it, for that you have to schedule costly training, its not included in any "support" . We bought another upgrade, when we found out during hours on the phone with technical support that the system wasnt even running right.We tried to schedule a class after we received a notification that one would take place a few hours away from our location but the class didnt take place because there were no people participating, i guess we are not considered anybody even after investing all this money with them, so fine we scheduled online training had all the employess come in early, but nobody picked up the phone at blue crystal.So after 35 minutes waiting and having to pay employesss overtime to come in early we finally received a call back. The rep operated our computer clickin through a bunch of stuff without explaining , they didnt charge us because they where late but there still was no effort from Jen ( training division), prob because they werent yet getting paid. After finally realizing that this programm is a waste of time, we called Kevin the sales manager/owner and asked for a refund, he of course didnt give us a refund. We never asked for the whole refund , just the recent upgrade. Instead of offering some kind of free training or any other help to compensate us or to help us out in any other way , there again was no effort from blue crystal software. Please safe your time and money and stay away from the KC system.
