Very reliable, never had a problem with it for the whole of my 18 month contract, good features

Not a great battery

I loved having this phone as it never broke, it looked good, it worked and it has good features. some people may say it skips to different menus without you wanting it to beacuse of the sensitive touch screen, however, if you know how to use a phone properly it will not do this.
