I wish I had read reviews before I purchased my Hotpoint WD440 washer/ dryer.

I cannot recommend this appliance at all. Unreliable, Tumble Dryer very unsatisfactory - Heater (both for W/m & Dryer) has broken, often leaks from bottom of machine; one time was unable to pump out water when machine broke down due to fluff build up and 2 day wait to retrieve clothes from drum; no way for user to access fluff filter in order to clean & this eventually results in a call out.

Tumble dryer very unsatisfactory - no timer countdown, 30mins minimum drying + 20 min cooldown.

Hotpoint engineer not impressed with machine.

I had a Hotpoint washer dryer for aproximately 7-8 years before this one, but NEVER again.
