We had not bought a property in the UK for nearly 30 years and our circumstances were somewhat complicated. We found the staff excellent. Our advisor - Mandy - had a friendly and proffesional approach, nothing fazed her. She responded to our e-mails promptly often when she was not at work and should have been relaxing. We found the website acurate and easy to navigate and liked the fact that it showed other properties in the area that we were considering. We found the overall service excellent and are considering using their rental department.
