Brilliant. So much better than the recipes that came with my breadmaker. I'm making bread every other day now. 1 question though - all the recipes are for the 700 size loaf, if you want to bake the 900 size do you increase the amount of water, salt and yeast as well as flour - or what? Can anyone help please.
