I ordered my Hero phone and chose my free gift, an xbox 360 from mobiles.co.uk. I choose the Orange Dolphin 40 tariff and received a further £10 discount.



The phone arrived 2 days later as promised with a years free insurance as well. It's worth remembering that the next day delivery is actually 2 days if you order after 4pm, as the phone will not be dispatched until the day following your order.



It is also worth noting that you have to be credit checked and identified before they will send the phone.



The xbox arrived with the phone.



I am amazed by the quality of service from these guys and would recommend them to anyone. I have not had to talk to them on the phone, so I am not sure about there call centre service, but this is because my order went so smoothly that I have not had to call them.
