Good Points
The machine is easy to operate. The long hose and attachments don't require an engineering degree to assemble.

Bad Points
This machine lost suction in a heartbeat. Wouldn't listen to the company's advertising.

General Comments
Don't bother spending such an amount on a run of the mill vacuum. This company's internet customer support seems to assume you are a complete idiot who can't read the manual that comes with the machine. I purchased a Dyson in 2003 largely based on their advertising. We had only one dog at the time. In less than 2 months of weekly vacuuming, the performance dropped substantially. We clean the filter and bar on a WEEKLY basis with no discernible improvement in performance. This vacuum is very disappointing.
