When I first purchased this device, I was very pleased with it. The updates worked and were regular and I had a response to questions from the help line. This seems to have gone to pot in recent months, so that I am having the same experiences as others who complain over the lack of update (mine has been at 9051 for some time now) and the lack of response from the support centre. Perhaps it's time to move on.
