I ordered glasses for my wife via the website. A couple of hours later I got a call from Posh Eyes to clarify some details and was advised that the order would take 2 weeks. I asked whether there was any chance of speeding it up a bit as we were going to be on holiday and it would be nice if Elena could have her new glasses before we went away. 8 days later another phone call - glasses are ready and would I like to have a next-day delivery or did I want to take a chance with 1st class post? I chose the special, asking for the glasses to be sent to my work address. They turned up the following day and my wife was very happy with them. All together a very good shopping experience. Good service, Elena loves her new glasses and they cost less than the high street. Lots less!
