“I brought a computer for over £1,000 after reading...”

I brought a computer for over £1,000 after reading some good reviews, and thought I was onto a safe bet, well, I have never had a experience like it before computer was broken when delivered, they spent 16 weeks to get it repaird, all this time without a computer, once I got it back it still did not work not only that some of the computer parts that I brought with it had been swapped from lower value parts, when i complained about the service.



I was told to read the term and conditions, that I will not get any sort of refund and that i can only send it back to get it repaired again, however this time they will charge me for collection and delivery as it is outside the 30 day period, so i called trading standards, and guess what they have many reports on computer planet for outstanding cases.



They advised me to get it repaired elsewhere as from the look of things if I did send it back to get repaired again, they can drag there hills as long as they want to repair it, and I have no power as they would have my money aswell as the computer, so be warned if you do buy from them buy with a caution that it works first time.
