Mark Kerrigan. Toys r us. Chester Store.
Two gaming consoles were purchased from Toys-R-Us in Chester. They soon became faulty and I spoke to the manager who told me that if I brought them to the shop, they would be replaced, repaired or refunded.... Upon arrival a manager by the name Mark Kerrigan, who was arrogant and obnoxious from the start would only take the faulty games off me and return them to quality control. He offered no form of apology, replacement or refund. He told me that it would be a few months until they would be returned to him and said that he would be in touch. When I explained how disappointed my children would be he said 'I don't give a flying F--k about your children, I am here to run the store'.
I left the store empty handed and very disappointed. Other staff at the Toys R Us store said they thought his behavior and language was disgusting. I have now received an apology from head quarters and they are giving me a full refund.
I would not shop at Toys R Us store ever again and would urge anybody who dares to that they should not expect very good customer service.
