Bad Points
Absolute nightmare to deal with I had this camera and accessories on-line Sunday. E-mailed with a query - 3 days later, no reply. I have tried for 4 hours solidly to phone - permanently engaged. Sent 2 more e-mails this morning - all marked urgent and requesting immediate call- no reply. Wish I hadn't ordered and wish I could cancel my order.

General Comments
Absolute complete lack of response from them and no way of getting through on the phone. Wish I had not placed an order.
