Ordered a high end computer without OS. Needed to confirm that a VAT invoice could be issued prior to ordering - spoke to someone in the UK for a change who was knowledgeable. Followed progress both via email & online. Had specified that I did not want any alternative components fitted - Zalman fan head was not available so a credit was made to my cc. Computer arrived within a week & has given sterling service since. Without doubt one of the most pleasant computer experiences I've had in 20 years. Website could not be easier to navigate & support staff answer promptly - quite unusual.
