General Comments
Their website says delivery in 7 days so I happily placed my order. Despite charging my card as soon as the order was received it actually took 25 days for the computer to get to me. And once I did eventually get it it stopped working after just 6 hours of use. I contacted them and told them I was rejecting the goods as it was unfit for it's intended purpose and I wanted a full refund of the purchase price. Once they received it back I though everything would be fine - but no! After more than a week they emailed me to say they were returning the computer to me! When I contacted them to again request a full refund under the Sale of Goods Act the support I was given was unhelpful. I was told I would have to pay for returning the faulty goods to them. I didn't agree to this. They then made me a partial refund - minus what they said it cost to get the faulty computer back to them - £40! So now I'm out £75 and do not have a working computer.
