Good Points
Lots of cars of different makes and models.

Bad Points
Very poor after sales service....

General Comments
I bought an Audi A3 at Jeffries Farm for over £11K. I paid the deposit and waited about 10 days for it to be ready. I was very confident as they made a big point of the "143 point check" they do. When I picked it up it was clean and ran ok but within 24 hours I realised there was a problem with the clutch vibrating, and other interior and exterior features were not repaired as I had requested. They took the car back immediately to fix all these things which is good but I have now been waiting over 10 days and will have to wait at least another 4 days to pick it up. No one calls me to let me know anything. After spending that sort of money I expected better service and I really do not know what happened to their 143 point check.
