Good Points
Lots of choice, vehicles in good condition and not too pushy.

Bad Points
Try to sell you Breakdown Insurance when you don't need it.

General Comments
Major issue over establishing whether a warranty existed on a car I bought. Manufacturers said there was one, Jefferies didn't tell me and were happy to take my money. Got a refund, but am still out off pocket as I effectively borrowed the cost of the insurance. My fault I suppose, but I would have expected them to give me the full story.
