Never use this company. A drink driver drove into the back of me at speed while i was waiting at traffic lights. Should have been an open and shut case but 18 months on and i'm still waiting for the claim to be settled. My claim gets passed from team to team and nobody will resolve it. Now at the point where i just want to accept my losses and move to a proper insurer though i'm certain that is what they are aiming for. Just avoid them like the plague.
