Very poor a dealing with a claim. Money offered for "total loss" is 20% less than trade price in car guides and from AA.
General Comments
You only find out how how good your insurance company is when you need to claim.
Unfortunatley Cornhill/Allianz were very poor. Customer service/claims are NOT proactive and try to fob you off with promises of call backs that didn't happen in my case.
