Good Points
- great food (if you're like Korean)
- helpful and smiley staff
- departed and arrived on time
- no problems with luggage

Bad Points
- odd food (if you prefer Western-style meals)
- seat pitch not the best - at least in the economy class

General Comments
I flew with Asiana Airlines from Tokyo to Seoul and then from Seoul to Frankfurt. I was especially impressed by the food. It was mostly Korean, and quite authentic. It even came with explanations of the ingredients and how to eat it. Half-way through the flight we were give hot, moist towels to refresh ourselves, and there was plenty of water and other drinks in between meals. The flight attendants were very friendly and professional. The entertainment system kept me entertained for hours: video games (including a Scrabble-like word game), and a big movie selection (including short and documentary films). I would recommend Asian for long distance flights especially.
