Like many others I signed up for a free trial and cancelled it immediately by phone (lots of charges, they deliberately keep you talking). I was then charged a months membership - £14.99. I called Experian again (more charges) only to be told that they had no record of the payment. I have sent a email explaining and demanding a refund, but I fully expect to see further unauthorised payments. This is just robbery. DO NOT USE EXPERIAN!
