Disgraceful. They should not be allowed to operate. They did not deliver in spite of constant telephone calls which I think I was charged for. I had to sign up for something which I did not want in order to try and correct an incorrect credit record.I had an application for a mobile phone turned down based on an Experian report but I have an excellent credit rating elsewhere.I agree with the other negative reviews of Experian - Credit Expert.
