sorry I have just spent 15 minutes trying to get the bottle open- there are diagrams on the lid 1 in an arrow- 2 turning- and 3 ??? I have tried pushing down and turning and twisting in every direction, even pushing down and using one of those bottle opening tools for arthritic hands- which just left the lid all scratched. Igf I cannot get in I cannot write a review of the product at all. It was very expensive and at this rate it is going back to Morrisons for a refund- scratched lid or not! Bottles have to open in hands and if they don't then what use is the product at all? I really this is a safety measure with kids in house, but I am thinking of asking a kid to decypher the lid and open it for me because my 50 something hands won't
