“The fact that this YP Z5 keeps crashing is annoying...”

Good Points
It looks good and is easy to use. Battery life is good when it charges.

Bad Points
it was alright for the first couple of months but since then it keeps crashing and won't turn on unless it is turned on and off 3 times. Sometimes doesn't charge when connected to USB. The problems weren't fixed when I downloaded new software for it.

General Comments
The fact that this YP Z5 keeps crashing is annoying and outweighs the good points. Not sure that I would buy another Samsung MP3 player.
