I too bought this iron at a home show and bought their pitch. We do iron around this house. An iron would last about 2 years. Two years passes, iron handle starts getting hot, hotter. Off/on switch burned up! You do have to wait 5 minutes for it to heat up. If you overfill it, waters appears on your garment.Shipping and repairs are yours for a pricey fee($50-60) Just for shipping and problem solving, NO REPAIRS! I will stick to my $50 irons every 2 years. If they have such a GOOD product, stand behind it, and repairs should be cheaper. I like the way it ironed but can't afford to pay for their advertising. Can't Americans make irons? Guess I didn't get what I paid for! Buyer BEWARE!!!
