“nice furniture, poor customer service”

Just bought a Made adjustable height table. The table arrived on the dot, in three, easy-to-assemble pieces , nice looking- but no way to adjust its height. No mention of such adjustment in the instructions, "chat" line inaccessible midday friday, and when I went back to the online product description, there was a similar customer complaint back in 2012, with only the vaguest of answers from the company. And now I've been waiting three hours for a call back from a customer service person.

So no reactivity or improved instructions for a problem with instructions that's been going on since 2012, atlas
