Piece of garbage, I always read up reviews on items before I purchase but got caught off guard at a home show. I would not reccomend this product to anyone and let them know that when I saw them at this years home show. I wear a lot of linen so thought this steam iron was the answer, I should have saved my 200 plus $$ and stuck with my $29.00 iron from walmart. Do not purchase this iron, it is always out of water because it blasts so much steam on your clothes they need to go back in the dryer.
