I have been with sky for the last few years now and have upgraded from the Sky+ Box to the HD box over a year ago. Due to the location we are in we are unable to get any of the other digital TV providers so we are stuck with Sky.
Since we have had the HD box we are already on our fourth box and even this one has started playing up, just tonight I couldn't even press info or change channel without resetting the box!
I am now seriously contemplating binning sky unless they get their act together and with the recent firmware upgrade crashing the boxes when using anytime it just adds to the frustration.
