Anyone thinking of taking insurance out with this company should really think again. At first when I made my claim the gentleman was very nice. Now 4 weeks on I still have no phone and just a lot of empty promises. Was told this would be sorted out a week ago Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and now Thursday. Now when I just spoke to them they put the phone down on me when I wasn't even being rude!!

It's a disgrace! I will never make a claim with them again.
