I am currently a tenant of reeds rains and they are hopeless. I called them with an emergency repair and they just kept on putting me through to voicemail and voicemail. I decided just to call someone in myself to complete a temporary emergency repair and bill them, they haven't reimbursed me yet.
Everytime you ring them they are incompetent, I even drove to where their lettings management office is in Cheadle because no one would talk to me on the phone as just kept putting me through to voicemail, I told them to come out and talk to me but they wouldn't. They are the most imcompentent, rude and purposeless company that does not know the meaning of customer service and frankly i dont understand how they get away with letting out properties.
