“Sold my house with Tom & Kathryn at the Frodsham...”

Sold my house with Tom & Kathryn at the Frodsham office & very happy. It took 7 months to sell, HOWEVER, I am a realist & understand that we are currently experiencing the worst market in history, therefore am quite content with the timescale. The staff have kept in touch with me fairly regularly, been to-the-point & occasionally gone out of their way to help me in other areas which they have not needed to (i.e. negotiating on my next property). Like I said - VERY HAPPY !! And to those who have had a bad experience in the past: my thoughts are that your experience will depend on who you have working for you in a particular office, not on the brand name & overall I think that the apparent success of this company is down to well over 90% of their staff being of an A+ quality. Would definitely recommend !!
