Good Points
Wonderful way of recycling. One man's rubbish is just what someone else wanted.

Bad Points
You have to have a Yahoo account. Moderators can be a bit picky at times about wording, post-codes etc.

General Comments
I think freecycle is great. I have been having a grand turn out and have found homes for all sorts of things would have been destined for the skip and then ended up in landfill. Those items that you no longer need may be just what someone else is looking for.

You do get a few time-wasters - people who say they want something and then never get back to you or worse don't turn up. But this has rarely happened and we have met some lovely people.
