I use a 3 mobile BB dongle. Can rarely log in to my account pages; keep getting dropped or turned back. Phoned customer services who said no-one else has a problem (lies - do a google search) and it works their end. They said it must be dongle related. I pointed out that I can fly all over their and other web sites and that I could log into all my other secure sites without any problems. The man at the end of the phone said they had a really secure internet protocol. What use is a bank with permanently closed and locked doors when you need it. Try another. LloydsTSB isn't fit for purpose.
