I have no idea who is responsible for Lloyds TSB Internet Banking but they are clearly NOT I.T. savvy. How was it possible for a Bank to have a default format that showed most recent transactions at the top of a column? They - eventually - fixed that, and other problems - BUT one has to ask "What use is a Bank with closed doors?" The site has been down all day 25th Feb 2011 and no explanation, no pre-login message, no idea in the call centre as to when it will be back !! - do these people understand the slightest thing about customer service - if its going to be off all day then TELL ME on the FIRST SCREEN [YES I'M SHOUTING] - I've been with Lloyds for over 55 years and I'm thinking maybe I need to change Banks - over the past 5 years they have employed some of the MOST STUPID corporate managers I have ever encountered.
