Diablolical.



This is a con agency. They offered me a flat with all utilities and council tax included in the rent, refused to include this in the written contractual agreement that they want me to sign. Swindlers!



I had my solicitor rewrite the agreement to include utilities and sent them the new agreement, at which point they bailed and said I couldn't have the flat. They are now refusing to give me back my deposit so I am proceeding to sue them.



AVOID! If you like a property they have try and lease it from another agency who also has it. These guys are just out to take money off you and not uphold the agreed terms. Con-artists.
