“Worst service”

We placed the order to pick up from asda on 1st Feb 2017, and then received the call that it was not picked up so I cannot collect it and can collect on 2nd Feb 2017 at 11:00 am, but when we went they said that they have not picked the items and would rather deliver it to us on 3rd Feb 2017. But now today they called and told that your order is cancelled because of some reason. Too bad on asda not at all providing customer service... would never ever recommend anyone to order from Asda
