“QUICK & EASY - EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS”

Phone was offered for sale on a Saturday. Envelope was delivered on Monday. At first I was slightly alarmed that the enclosed leaflet talked about me including chargers / accessories but a quick check of the website FAQ's said that this was optional unless they were listed on the accompanying invoice. Phone was packed up in original box with receipt, as instructed. I was amazed to find that M&C Recycle had even included a postage paid, special delivery return labels since I thought this would cost me extra / come out of the amount they promised for my phone. I received 100% of the money offered by the end of the next business day. Can not fault it, the service exceeded all my expectations and was much better than any of the other companies I have used before.
